Dice is an Oscar-nominated film director known for animated films such as The Dam Keeper(2014) and the Annie Award winning Netflix series ONI: Thunder God’s Tale(2022). He is a co-founder of the American/Japanese animation studio Tonko House.
NORIKO MATSUMOTO
Producer
Noriko is the co-founder and head producer at dwarf studios, a renowned stop motion studio in Japan known for iconic characters such as DOMO. Her recent productions include Netflix’s Rilakkuma series(2019, 2022). She is currently developing an epic samurai film, HIDARI.
AKIHIRO NISHINO

Akihiro is a children’s book author making headlines as the screenwriter and executive producer of the animation film, Poupelle of Chimney Town(2020). The film won the Japan Academy Award and was the official selection at the 2021 Annecy Festival. Since then the film has been adapted into musicals, kabuki, ballet, and NFT releases.
Founded by Akihiro Nishino, Chimney Town, Inc. produces variety of content including movies and musicals. They are currently in production for the movie sequel and the Broadway musical adaptation of their 2020 film, Poupelle of Chimney Town.
Tonko House is an Oscar-nominated, and Emmy and Annie Award winning animation studio founded by ex-Pixar art directors Robert Kondo and Dice Tsutsumi. They have produced The Dam Keeper, Moom, The Dam Keeper Poems, and ONI:Thunder God’s Tale,
Famous for their world class craftsmanship and appealing character designs, dwarf studios have created memorable contents such as such as DOMO, Komaneko, and the Rilakkuma series. They are currently developing many exciting projects with collaborators around the world.
